Like many, I struggled with a nervous habit – for me, it was biting my nails.
That changed when I moved to Texas for my first 'real' job. A coworker introduced me to a simple solution: flavor-infused toothpicks. Suddenly, the urge to bite, to snack mindlessly, faded. These tiny sticks became my secret weapon, keeping my mouth busy and my focus sharp during long workdays.
That's when the lightbulb went off. We realized this wasn't just a personal trick but a solution others needed.

I've always loved toothpicks after dinner, but it wasn't until I started using them everywhere else that I realized their power.
They are an anchor in everything I do, and just having them on me made me better at games and more focused on work. It also gave me something to ground me in a world moving faster than I could manage. I have yet to find a SINGLE aspect of my life that isn't improved by having these in grabbing distance.
