Please be aware that you, the customer, are solely responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
US: 4-6 days
Europe: 6-10 days
SECURE CHECKOUT+
Secure Checkout+ is a digital protection insurance plan that protects your package from the following:
1) Lost or Stolen package: Covers lost packages even when delivered (Up to the amount you spent on the order). This covers deliveries to the wrong address if you shipped it there.
You will receive a reshipment by default. This does not entitle you to a refund, but you may return the package for a refund if it doesn't suit you. The return shipping would be covered under the policy.
2) Damage: Secure Checkout+ does not cover defects on embroideries or very small complications regarding a product. We cover all fire-related damage and breaks, rips, and tears (if related to transit damage), with a valid picture of the issue.
Any complaints filed without proof will be disapproved and will not be eligible for reimbursement/replacement. Any wet item does not constitute damage unless it is unusable in our discretion. Any suspicious activity or attempts to abuse this will be subject to our final discretion.
3) Return Protection: Fees for returning a product, such as handling fees, are refunded upon request.
