Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only for the purchase price of the returned item(s). 

Original shipping charges, sales tax, and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Returns

Our return policy has a 30-day timeframe. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for orders returned after 30 days.

Return eligibility requires that the item be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift Cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Order Withdrawals & Cancellations (EU Customers)

At Natura Pine, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are based in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract and cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right to Withdraw. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will process such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returns: You shall return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. [Optional: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.]

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: Please note that, for hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are unsealed after delivery (such as opened packages of flavored toothpicks). Goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Our Money Back Guarantee

We'll refund you for the cost of the product, but any shipping, taxes, or fees are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary by location. 

For orders exceeding $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for the safe return of your item.
